Martin Insurance at the Chamber of Commerce’s Professional Women’s Forum 2016

We had a great afternoon yesterday at the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce’s Professional Women’s Forum held at Willow Valley resort. The theme this year was “Overcoming Adversity – Leading Yourself and Leading Others” and featured Carey Lohrenz, the first female F-14 Tomcat Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Navy as the key note speaker.

Lohrenz spoke about her fascinating experiences operating in one of the world’s most challenging environments – an aircraft carrier. She is uniquely qualified in the fundamentals of winning under pressure, reducing errors and overcoming obstacles. Needless to say, . . . she was inspirational!
