Melissa Morales

Personal Lines Processor / IT Support & Operations

Having joined the agency in 2017, Melissa has risen quickly in the ranks. She is our chief IT guru and played a key role in the roll-out of our internet phone system in 2019. She also is a member of the personal lines team and provides administrative support to our customer service agents.

Born and raised in Lebanon, PA., Melissa spent almost a decade in the Midwest before resettling to Lancaster in 1997.

Her background includes 19 years of experience in operations and database management, website administration, new software deployment and end-user training.  She is an analytical thinker who especially enjoys helping others in whatever capacity she can.

Her interests include beach combing, birding, strength training and running. Her love for food is her best motivation for working out!

Melissa loves traveling to tropical places, especially the islands of the Caribbean. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, landscaping and reading up on the latest in computer technology.
